Start Date: April 26, 2021
Passport to Employment Tourism Program is a 5-week program for mature workers to enhance their skills, increase knowledge of the tourism industry and to gain meaningful employment in the industry. This program targets individuals aged 55 and over with an interest in securing employment in the tourism sector.
More and more retirees are interested in working longer and remaining in the workforce. Mature workers can be valuable employees, offer quality service and provide flexibility to an employer’s scheduling. Employers who hire from this candidate pool are learning the value and the benefits that mature workers can provide to their business.
