PEI TOURISM SERVICE DELIVERY MODEL MODERNIZATION PROJECT
Prince Edward Island’s (PEI) 2022 – 2023 tourism industry strategy, Charting the Course for Tourism in PEI for the Next Two Years, was launched on March 4, 2022. The Strategy identified the need for a review and modernization of PEI’s tourism service delivery model to ensure it meets the current and future needs of the Island’s tourism industry (identified as Initiative 16 within the Strategy). A joint industry and government Strategy Implementation Committee has been established to oversee and guide implantation.
The Strategy Implementation Committee has selected Twenty31 Consulting as it’s project partner to undertake this initiative. As part of this process, we would like to hear your views on the challenges and opportunities with the existing service delivery model from a provincial perspective, what key strengths could be leveraged to support the development of a leading tourism delivery system, and what steps you think PEI needs to take to implement a modernized service delivery model to best position PEI to meet the demands of tourism industry and support operators well into the future.
As a tourism stakeholder in PEI, we invite you to share your perspective in a brief online survey. The survey will take you 10 – 12 minutes to complete. Your responses will only be analyzed in aggregate by Tourism PEI’s project partner, Twenty31 Consulting. Responses will be kept strictly confidential and no personal information will be made public.
The survey will be open until 5:00pm AST, December 22nd.
We thank you in advance for your participation.
